Sam Holmes represented Give a Little Love, raising money for Batyr while completing the Bondi to Manly 80km Ultra Marathon in October 2023.
This was a phenomenal achievement and we are extremely proud of Sam’s commitment and drive to not only train but also complete the entire 80km!
In Sam’s words “If you are struggling with your mental health, go for a 5km run and I guarantee you will feel better when you return. I truly believe sport and exercise is the number one proponent in the battle against mental health, so get out there and start moving!”
